Design
The Prism Packages are the starting point. Our designers have created multiple complete packages that accelerate your decision process. These packages include coordinated cabinets, countertops, flooring, backsplash, tile and fixtures.
Or, if you wish you can bring your own design, or work with our designers to create your unique project.
Either way, it begins with design.
Sourcing
Once your design and timeline have been finalized, we will work with our manufacturers to schedule production and delivery. Prism works directly with manufactures which allows us to offer the most competitive prices in the industry, and simplifies the supply chain to reduce risk.
Communication
Our customers are our partners. We know the construction process is fluid, and things happen along the way. We will work with you throughout the process to understand any changes to your project, and make sure we’re getting you what you want, when you need it.
Delivery
On large projects with multiple units, delivery coordination and timing is vital. We will work with you to craft a delivery plan and schedule. Do you want all the materials at once? Phased based on unit completion? Or even staged based on individual units? We’ll craft a delivery plan that minimizes disruption and maximizes the productivity of your team
Post-Delivery Support
“We are not successful until our customers are successful”. It’s not just a tagline, its how we operate. After delivery we will continue to be available to answer questions, coordinate any additional requirements, and remediate problems.
