What does Prism Supply do?
Prism Supply is an Ohio-based single-source supplier of interior finishes for multifamily and commercial projects. We supply flooring, cabinets, tile and backsplash, lighting, doors, hardware, sinks and plumbing fixtures. Over 600 commercial and residential units have been delivered with Prism finishes.
Do you supply, install, or both?
Both. We can supply finishes only, or install only on owner-supplied material. Tell us which arrangement your project needs and we'll quote to it.
Which trades do you install in-house?
Cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, LVT and doors.
Is there a minimum order or project size?
No. There is no minimum order or minimum project size — we take single homes and full multifamily buildings alike.
Do you work on single-family homes or remodels, or only multifamily and commercial?
All of the above. Multifamily and commercial projects, single-family homes, and remodels are all in scope.
Who do you work with?
We work with multifamily developers, general contractors, property owners and builders across Ohio. Most of our projects are apartment conversions, new multifamily buildings and historic redevelopments.
Which Ohio cities do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati metro areas. Prism is headquartered in Powell, Ohio and ships locally to job sites across Ohio.
Can you supply every finish for a multifamily project?
Yes. On Ohio multifamily projects like Grant-Deneau Tower (160 apartments) we supplied flooring, cabinets, tile, backsplash, all lighting, doors, hardware and sinks. One supplier means one schedule and one point of contact.
How long does a typical multifamily supply schedule run?
Our marquee Ohio multifamily projects ran on roughly 9-month supply schedules from first order to final delivery. Exact lead times depend on the products selected and are confirmed in your quote.
Do you handle delivery to the job site?
Yes. We offer warehousing, pre-ordering and onsite delivery so finishes arrive when each phase of an Ohio multifamily project needs them.
How do I get a quote?
Use the project planner to describe your scope, or email sales1@buildwithprism.com with unit count, location and timeline. We reply with a finish package and pricing for your Ohio project.
